3Account Registration & KYC Verification

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ak7x at any time. This restriction covers accounts registered under different names, phone numbers or email addresses but belonging to the same individual. ak7x employs various technical methods to identify duplicate accounts, including IP address detection, device fingerprinting and personal information checks.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full name as per your ID, an active phone number, your actual date of birth, and correct banking details. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these terms.

8Account Closure and Suspension
